And let you know some different things that help motivate me whenever i need to get my life back on track and in order. When everything seems crazy and getting your life in order or back, on track doesn't happen within a second it is a road that you must continuously travel and getting your life together means being able to live it fully and peacefully. So, if you've been watching my channel for a while then you know that i do a lot of routine videos and I actually thrive off of routines. Most of my routines aren't strict straight but, I love the structure of a routine, so I at Least like to kind of have an idea of what time I’m going to wake up or, what time is bedtime for Uriah that really just helps me, and I believe when you create a routine that you're more in control and during times of stress the structure of routine can help you feel more organized and in control.

So, having a routine for me is very helpful at any time particularly if you're trying to establish healthy habits. And I know for some people the thought of a routine just sounds stressful. But you create a routine that is going to best fit your life and just you as a person. Routines are different for every single person, and you just have to choose how you want your routine to be. So, if you are feeling a little bit overwhelmed, I would definitely recommend trying to add structure and routine into your life.

So, another thing that really helps me whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed is to read something inspiring and reading an inspiring book isn't going to improve your life instantly. It actually just helps enhance your life over a period of time and reading self-help books or inspirational books inspires me to make better choices and take positive actions more often and I think everyone can benefit from reading something inspirational. So, I love to have a cup of tea and sit down and read this but let's be real, I don't have the time to do that every single day but whenever I do this is my favorite way to do it because I’m really just able to be in the moment and really just take in what i’s reading and it just helps if I’m feeling that feeling of uncertainty or if I’m feeling overwhelmed, and the books that I’m currently reading I actually picked up from amazon.

So, I'll be sure to link those in the description box below and they have different types depending on what your specific need is at the moment. So yeah, definitely be sure to check them out, I just started reading them at so far so good even if it's a struggle at first, it's definitely worth it to read something inspiring every morning or whatever time that works for you.


So, within the cycle of confusion or uncertainty I find that this is the best time tore-evaluate and access your life and really figure out what changes you can make to help you live a happier and more fulfilling life. So, I found a list of questions on google that are perfect to help you access your life and you can answer these questions and they really will just help you know what the changes are that need to be made. And as I’m answering the questions, I always find it best to write down the answers that way you can go back and read over them later and see what changes you've made but there's an entire list of questions um some of the questions are what needs to be fixed. What am I holding on to that I need to let go off?

And I’ll put all of the questions in the description box below that way you guys can just copy and paste it and um you can answer these questions yourself. if you kind of feel like you need to reevaluate your life, but this really helps me. So, if you know me you know that I love to have a clean and organized space it really just helps me, and your home is sanctuary that you love anytime that my home is out of order. I feel disarray and I find that I can stay on top of cleaning my home whenever I do that you love anytime that my home is out of order. Alot of people say you're cleaning your house and it's not even dirty but one of the best tips I can give you is to not wait until your home gets completely out of order to start cleaning and organizing because this is when you become overwhelmed. I think it's just best to do a little bit of something every single day and I learned this at such an early age from my grandma. I remember seeing her clean her house every single day and I would think just like some people think the house isn't even dirty. Why are you cleaning it? but you know she would explain I’m cleaning it, so it doesn't get dirty. Make it a norm cleaning your house even when it's not dirty

So, I've taken that with me throughout adulthood and it really has helped me and of course, sometimes life does just happen, and you just can't get it done. There’s not enough time in the day if there is a space that becomes unorganized don't beat yourself up about it. But if there's currently places in your home that are unorganized or full of clutter then create a plan to let go of that unnecessary clutter and just cleanse your space and create space for new light to soak in because again your home is your sanctuary, and it should really be a place that you love.

And the last tip I have for you guys is to clear your mind. You can clear your mind in many different ways, usually the best way to do this is by creating a quiet place and this can be anywhere. It can be your bedroom, your front porch, just anywhere that will allow you to create a moment of peace, and this is the time that I just like to set aside to breathe relax and ask for clarity taking the time to pray relax and clear my mind. Really just helps me have a sense of peace.,

Life can be overwhelming, and you never know what's going to be thrown your way.
